Just like James Boutique Hotel**** in Colmar, James Vignoble Hotel Eguisheim****Eguisheim continues the family tradition of welcoming guests to a unique and authentic hotel.

Born in Portugal, James Armindo moved to France as a child and was instantly won over by the Alsace region. He began working as a footballer, moving on to construction before turning to the hotel business: a new chapter in his family’s history.

Together, as a family, we have created a unique, sophisticated and welcoming hotel, driven by our desire to open our doors to visitors and friends for wonderfully sociable stays in Alsace. Since 2016, we have been thrilled to welcome guests to James Boutique Hotel in the centre of Colmar.

Two years later, the time came to embark on another adventure as a family with the opening of a new cosy and inviting property: James Vignoble Hotel, hidden away in Eguisheim, one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace, opened its doors in 2021. Here, in the middle of Alsace’s vineyards, a gentle pace of life reigns supreme. All you need to do is let go and trust us: we’ll take care of everything else.
