Warm and elegant, this area opens out on to the hotel’s exterior, offering a breathtaking panorama of the terrace, Alsace’s vineyards and Eguisheim’s iconic sights: the three châteaux of Haut-Eguisheim and the stork’s nest at the top of the bell tower.

In the middle of the room, a “stammtisch”, a large table, promises a wonderfully sociable experience and indulgent traditional food from Alsace.

The view is just as breathtaking as it is from the bar. Alsace’s vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see; here and there, you can make out the village’s famous sights: the three châteaux and the bell tower, crowned by a stork’s nest.

On the menu: a sophisticated selection of teas, herbal teas and coffees, local wine (from the vineyards in Eguisheim, Wettolsheim and other nearby areas), spirits (Alsace whisky, gin and plenty more besides), local draft and bottled beer, local fruit juices and mineral water. A delicious range of irresistible snacks are also served.
