Additional COVID-19 safety measures

Dear guests,

Our priority is your safety and that of our employees. To ensure that you have a pleasant stay, we have introduced new procedures.

On your arrival at our hotel, our receptionist will welcome you wearing a mask and having used a hydro-alcoholic gel; after you have been served, the entrance hall and the counter will be carefully disinfected.

We also ask you to wear a mask when you enter the hotel and when walking through the hotel’s communal areas.

Our staff members wear masks, gloves and gowns to clean rooms thoroughly between guests’ stays.

In addition to the disinfectants we usually use, we use a 165° high-pressure steam cleaner and an ozone generator to sanitise the entire room.

Room keys are disinfected after each use by guests or staff members.

All of the hotel’s door handles are disinfected every hour and communal areas are thoroughly cleaned every day.

In terms of catering, the breakfast buffet has been replaced by a take-away service; breakfast can be enjoyed in your room and will be carefully prepared in compliance with strict hygiene procedures.
